The articles of the Guide to Artificial Intelligence are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0). The glossary, timeline and prompt library downloads are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
You can copy, share, translate and adapt the articles, for example in a class, a study group, research or your own notes, as long as you do four things: credit “The Guide to Artificial Intelligence, by Robert Scales, published by Holistic Hybrid Inc.”; link to the original article; say if you changed it; and share your version under the same licence.
Commercial use needs written permission first. That includes selling the text, putting it in a paid course or product, and republishing it on a site funded by advertising. Write to info@guidetoartificialintelligence.com.
Every article ends with a ready-to-copy credit line with its own link. The Markdown version of each article, the offline download and the full-text file for AI tools carry the same credit and licence.
Not covered by this licence: the sources each article cites, which keep their publishers’ terms; quotations; the book A Beginner’s Guide to ChatGPT; the free PDF guide sent with the newsletter; photos, logos, and the Guide to Artificial Intelligence and Holistic Hybrid names.
