What the Guide to Artificial Intelligence collects (almost nothing), the newsletter, cookies and your rights under Québec's Law 25.
No ad trackers. No account. The tools run in your browser and send nothing; prompts you save stay in your own browser.
Your Display settings and language choice are stored in your own browser (local storage and one functional cookie) and never sent to us.
Newsletter: we keep your email address, your language, and the date and wording of your consent, only to send the newsletter and the free guide. Sign-up is confirmed by email (double opt-in); sign-ups never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Your address is never sold or shared.
Who handles it: the list is stored in a Supabase database hosted in Canada; emails are sent from newsletter@guidetoartificialintelligence.com through DreamHost; the site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sign-up form is used by a person, without a puzzle and without ad tracking.
Visit statistics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and doesn't identify you.
